Anyone know a time frame for the Gerber online application?

I asked about this last week and the answer was "not anytime soon."
For now, we're doing a screen share and a fillable PDF application, then sending by fax or mail for signature. If they are willing, we can send two sets of documents. The first set has the pages needing their signature, and they're marked as such on the page. The second set of pages is just the rest of the application. If they can find a fax machine locally, they can print the four pages that require their signature and then send it to the toll-free fax number, where we marry up the signed pages with the rest of the application.
A true, 100% electronic application is hopefully coming one day, though.

BTW, Joseph, I really enjoyed your presentation at the Norvax convention in Atlanta last year! It was very inspirational.

All of them are. My point was that I have not encountered one person over the phone, yet, that was opposed to doing a screen share with me to show them the available plans and rates.
All of the people I work with originated from the internet, so they are internet savvy and have a connection right there. Most times, they are still sitting at their computer when I'm calling them instantly from the time they submit their information.
I send them to a website and they are instantly in a screen share with me, watching the specific information they were looking for.
So, I have not had to institute a backup plan for those who don't want to see the information they requested - because they all have, so far.
