Getting FFM Number HELP

Hi to all!

Need Help. I certified 8/9/2013 for Exchange individual plans only.
Have not been back to anthing on line exchange related.

Can't get help trying to sign in. My username and password don't work-
tried re-registering -rejected. Sent URGENT email for help no response-called and got hung up on!

What should I do ? Where can I turn? I need to do some policies.

Should I forget about the exchange?

Please give advice- Thank you!
 
You do not "sign in" unless you are using a carriers direct access to the healthcare.gov site. If you are helping a client they log on using their username and password. If you need your actual user and password it is the same as your access to https://portal.cms.gov. On that site you must have requested access to the FFM application. You also must change your password every 60 days or you get locked out. You can change it on the same site. Good luck.
