Getting Licensed with a Work Visa !?

can someone with a work visa only.. from pakistan living in usa.. get a license? is green card enough? or is citizen required?? thanks

Some of that is really going to depend on which state.

In Georgia, pretty sure that's a negative.

For California... who knows?

I agree that it really depends on the state you're in. For me, I was trying to get my ACRO police certificate apostilled for a job in California. I had no idea what that process would look like, but it ended up being a bit of a hassle. The apostille acro police certificate seemed like something simple at first, but I didn't realize how many hoops you'd have to jump through depending on which state you're in. For California, it was a bit tricky, but they were flexible in some cases. So, I'd say definitely do some research for the state you're in!
