Getting Started

I'd like to get into this field, but the choices for agency are overwhelming. I'm in Southern California and would like to work with a company that has the following (and anything else you might advise)...

Immediate Vesting
Release Clause
Training (whether personal, or video/online)
Leads (I will pay for decent leads)... advice on this would be appreciated as well.

Any companies out there like this in California?

Immediate Vesting...probably won't happen because you don't know anything

Release Clause...Most will require at least a no compete, no solicit and many require a 6 month wait before contracting with the same company
Training....Learn and this is how you get to vesting
Leads...define a decent lead? It's a name and a number. Might have been circulated a dozen times but has not been sold yet. Sell to an old lead and you get fresher leads
