Havent done anything with them for a while... do they collect/draft first months premium with submission of app? AND, if no they dont about when did that change happen?

They now charge once policy is approved (not on submission, and not on effective date). This changed about 6 months ago. If rate up, they will only take original submission price, and catch up in month 2
