MoO is very cheap, but also very basic. GPM offers one that is about same price as Gerber, but a little better.

for a $15 minimum premium, liberty bankers life is pretty competitive, probably can get 25k permanent for that.

for ultra cheap, humana has a annual renewable term plan for 25k thats only $35 a year... of course almost no commission since the plan is virtually free, but it might lead to some other sales

What possible reason would you place an ART on a child's life?

RNA has a good WL policy as well.

For the 8 YO, 25K would be $16.63 and for the 16 YO it would be $21.16

If you did a 20-pay on them it would be $23.37 and $29.64 respectively.

Hard to beat RNA. They have a 20 pay option and they have the RNA member benefits for the whole family.

United of Omaha would be about $11.50/mo for 25K 8yo. They do offer GI at 4 different dates in the future.

Not saying its better, just another option that happens to be less expensive on a monthly basis. If it were me, I would want either a 20-pay or a dividend paying participating mutual for a child.
