Good Database and CRM Cost?

I am willing to pay $10000 to have someone setup my CRM system ;)

I'll do it for $100. Send you client data with the check, I'll be in touch about configuring it as you wish....Sorry couldn't help myself tonight.

Why not use a cloud based CRM like Salesforce or something similar? They have a nominal cost each month, store data offsite which averts data loss issues and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection? Any improvements are automatically rolled into your service without costly upgrades, set up and engineering time.

Take a look at RedTail Technology. Completely in the cloud and far better and user friendly that SalesForce, IMHO.

The cloud is the way to go, take a look at onlinedatabasesolutions cloud based app that is specific to insurance. Salesforce is not the most user friendly for insurance.

Wow, everyone here is very...ummm condescending - Why can't somebody offer realistic solutions or other alternatives to my idea. I'm going with Aspire...it seems like the best one around

What's the matter with vTiger or SugarCRM?

I see lots of comments about "better" CRM's than salesforce, which i think is great. To clarify my earlier comment, I don't favor or endorse salesforce over anything else, i just believe a reputabe, cloud based CRM offers so much more out of the box than trying to program your own database application for in house CRM. Why reinvent the wheel to have something programmed that will be inferior to a readily available product from a vendor that will continue to invest resources into improving it.
