I'll bite.... What state are you in? Group health varies a lot by state. Do you currently have coverage?

Kaiser Permanente

However, availability may be limited to certain regions, so check if they operate in your area.

Tips for Choosing a Policy

  • Assess Employee Needs: Survey your employees to understand their healthcare needs and preferences.
  • Compare Quotes: Get quotes from several insurers to compare premiums, coverage options, and benefits.
  • Consider Wellness Programs: Look for plans that offer wellness programs, as these can help reduce overall healthcare costs.
  • Review Network Size: Ensure the insurer has a large network of healthcare providers accessible to your employees.

It is advisable to work with an insurance broker who specializes in group health insurance. They can help you navigate the options, compare policies, and find the best coverage that fits your budget while meeting your employees' needs.
