Good Sources For Sales Lists ?

I think there is someone else here who sells list, I just can't think of who.

I talked at length to a lady on the phone today who develops list and even offered me a few references. Her lists aren't cheap and some she can't get but for instance if you wanted a list of all registered airline pilots in the United States or something specific, she can get some of those lists or have them compiled for you. I was looking for her to telemarket for qualified appointments for a specific investment product as she has a financial background but her rates start at $60 per hour.
She's willing to come to any of our offices plus traveling expense to show us she is worth it. I can get people to get us appointments as long as the person is breathing but I want qualified appointments and notes about the call which is her specialty.
She had an outstanding voice and still uses an old phone by AT&T. I could hear her as if I was standing right next to her. Very smart and savvy.
Has anyone ever paid $60 per hour and up for the best you can get?

That sounds like a pretty high premium, even for a compiled list.
