Goodville Mutual? Thoughts on them

Does anybody out there use Rockford Mutual? if so please tell me your thoughts, likes, and dislikes....

Yes, may top two carriers are Erie and Goodville. Our personal lines folks place a lot of business with Goodville. I only do commercial but I place some with them. I would recommend.
