Google Apps Email Problem

We have and editable pdf file that our agents fill out for every policy they write and send it to the insured to sign. Google apps is now saying that the file has a virus and it can be uploaded. The file does not have a virus, google apps just doesn't like the file anymore. It has been working for 2 years and now it won't work anymore. Any ideas of how I can fix this?

It is working now. It was our master file where the agents can type what they want in and it was also saved file that we would send to the clients. Not sure why it wasn't working for a day.
