Use it everyday. I think it's pretty good except for the lack of emoticons.

Cool thing about Google voice is the availability to change your number anytime (great for calling campaigns), the use of different types of voicemails, texting, and the call me icons you can place on your site to have people connect with you directly and quickly.

Last time I checked it cost money to change your number with google voice.
