Graded Benefit Life in NY?

I had a rep contact me today with this case and I could use some direction.

Client is a 65yo male, NT uninsurable (due to a laundry list of health items...he's already shopped traditional carriers). He's looking for 100k but will take whatever we can get him.

I have Presidential but would like to know what carriers are considered competitive in this space...premium examples would be helpful as well (I already have Presidential's rate card).

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Vantis Life to $20k True GIWL. Talk with Brad "360" on the forum

Kemper to $25k True GIWL - similar rates as Presidential

UHL & Americo to $10k - High Rates

MoO direct also for GIWL with good rates. No comp though

He'd be looking at 20k for $125.28/mo at Vantis. Only difference with Vantis in NY vs. most other states is that they only go up to age 75.

Wow. That is a lot less expensive than Presidential (I am seeing 177.26/mo). I'm not sure if the client will want it but I will send the agent your way for contracting with Vantis if he does (I already have Presidential). If 20k is the max for Vantis, maybe he'll look at doing both...

In NY it is your only option other than Vantis.

I was looking at your NV flag. UHL, Americo and Kemper are not in NY.

No problem, all of my NY agents/reps are used to this kind of reply...."available in all states...just not NY" Thanks for the help.
