Great Lead Source or Scam? What Do You Think?

Alston - Can you elaborate a bit? This deal is a dream come true for a P&C agent (big red flag). I've been talking with them as well, just some numbers don't add up.

Just for yucks, I pulled up their address on google maps.
They have a decent website at http://www.citiwidegroup.net/ but it is a very generic template, not exactly the type that I expected in that there isn't as much info given as I would want (compare to like ditech.com or other large lenders).

Okay, for humor, look at their office building:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=6038+Tampa+Ave,+Tarzana,+CA+91356&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=46.27475,86.308594&ie=UTF8&ll=34.184489,-118.552265&spn=0.011875,0.021071&z=16&iwloc=A&layer=c&cbll=34.18042,-118.553492&panoid=icQ9UU61iJXbapptwHRWaw&cbp=12,90,,0,5

Apparently, 1 of the 3 offices here has some mailboxes they rent out.

I think I'll pass on the leads. It was to good to be true, I knew it wasn't, you hope, but, you have to do the research before sending money. There was just no way they could have the volume they were committing to, never been heard of, and still be legit.

That; google map image, is too funny.
Everything but a couple a hookers and a hobo fighting over a ham sandwich.

Check out this article on MSNBC from an Omaha News report.

This is definately a Scam.

It won't let me post the link, but if you google Citiwide Lending Group, you will find the article.

This is a scam. This company or another with the same tactics called my office about 8 months ago. I passed on the deal but another agent in my office bit. He paid using an ATM and they took $400 they said would be an upfront charge and another $400 a few days later. He called the fraud department at his bank and was able to get his money back.
