Great Western New App

I only sell Gw Gi because of the 9 month chargeback for death which is big . They did drop the renewals to 4% or so from 6.5-7.5% depending on your contract .If they balk at the price i walk . I'm not interested in selling aig as their drafting is terrible and the 2 yr chargeback is too stiff . Gi's crap business much of the time .

How do you maintain decent persistency with them ? It's pretty easy to get replaced with AIG,Gerber.....with agents. Moo GI and Physician's Mutual MHL though the mail is much cheaper too.

I'm as earned with them so it's just gravy for me.

They are eliminating the paper app in November.

Haven't had a single GI replaced but one... little LH dude came in and clean sheeted one of mine. To be honest, she lapsed the policy (GI with AIG) and I went back to resign her. I found the policy, showed it to her and showed where he clean sheeted. Called them up, canceled the policy and put her back on AIG.

You clean sheet any of my clients and replace one of my policies that way... you better hope I don't get wind of it, or this cowboy is gonna ride into town and re-rope my steer.:realmad:

I've never had a GI app replaced. They lapse before it happens!

So your selling AA rop under age 65? It has a 3 yr wait . I understand they have the ss billing angle . And yes it pays full comp like prosperity on rop . I've written one or 2 aig and before the policy was issued they got a moo brochure in the mail which is 20% cheaper . I won't write aig or Gerber anyone . National security has a graded 35/70% that takes stuff like heart attack in the first yr that has good comp .
