Great Western... What in the World?!?

Has anyone had issues getting a hold of customer service over at Great Western... ????:arghh:

I am typing emotionally at the moment (not smart I know) but I have spent over 35 mins on hold today trying to answer a client's question.... and haven't gotten the right department yet... I am torqued... :1arghh:
 
Call the folks in Utah the new customer service center was clueless last I called.

This "new" company take over is a total crap out! I'll be shifting business in another direction until they get things figured out... can't afford to have a client go on old for 30 min. only to find out they need to be transferred to another department!!! :skeptical:

Well that answers that. Someone was asking about them today and I said they're under new leadership, so it can't be worse.

Love being wrong!
 
OMG! 30 minutes is way too long in the 1st place.
A few of these and i'd be looking in other directions.
