Has anyone had issues getting a hold of customer service over at Great Western... ????

I am typing emotionally at the moment (not smart I know) but I have spent over 35 mins on hold today trying to answer a client's question.... and haven't gotten the right department yet... I am torqued...

This "new" company take over is a total crap out! I'll be shifting business in another direction until they get things figured out... can't afford to have a client go on old for 30 min. only to find out they need to be transferred to another department!!!

Well that answers that. Someone was asking about them today and I said they're under new leadership, so it can't be worse.

Never worked with them... but if GW doesn't fix the problem they might just end up like 5-Star.
