One of the YouTube videos I subscribe to has a guy that seems like he is an FE writing beast. He said, I believe, his average is about $68mo. That sounds very reasonable to me. I have to think the area has something to do with it as well. In parts of California $60,000 is lower-income, Hell, in other parts of California $100,000 is scraping by.
