Greetings From New Agency Owner

Hello everyone. I am new to the independent agents realm. I was previously a captive agent with Farm Bureau for just about eight years and had an opportunity to purchase an independent agency. I am currently a one man shop but looking to hire a part time secretary as my summer help is headed off to college (daughter). I look forward to the information here and hopefully will be able to contribute as well.
