What are the good companies and/or marketing agencies to contract with?

With all the talk of health insurance reform, does group sales have a better future than individual health?

I don't know the answer, but suspect individual and small group (under 50 employees) will go the same route, whatever that route will be. Large group (50+ employees) will probably be safe for quite a while, but again, I don't know the answer.

I am hoping someone can provide so more insight on who to contract with and how one goes about doing that. I am new to insurance.
