Guaranteed Issue Final Expense

Also, which companies pay the best commissions on replacements ?

Who has a good product and who has decent contracts?

There really is no such thing. Presidential is not true GI, but close. 50% contracts are about tops. It's not priced well.

UHL has a pretend GI that is outrageously priced. Americo has the UIII which is true GI, but 3 times the cost of MoO.

Writing GI plans is also like donated work. I give them the number to MoO.

Presidential isn't terrible. It's also *very* close to a true GI.

I didn't say it was terrible and I said it was "close" to GI. What the op asked for was "good product and decent contracts".

Presidential is not good of a product nor does it have good contracts.

What he asked for doesn't exist. Ive heard of a product that's true GI and has about 40% contracts. Is that good? I don't think so.

For most situations pres is gi enough. 50% for what it is seems reasonable, but I also cut my teeth in new york where that is street.

What most people are not taking into account on Presidential is that the agents comp on most every GI or near GI product is going to be scaled back considerably regardless of carrier. You can't compare 50% to the 100% you get on level benefit policies, you've got to compare it the other products in your bag with similar underwriting. Taking that into account it's actually a pretty fair product.

Don't you just love the type of people that wait until they are almost dead and cant buy insurance to want to buy some.
