Guaranteed Issue Final Expense

There really is no such thing. Presidential is not true GI, but close. 50% contracts are about tops. It's not priced well.

UHL has a pretend GI that is outrageously priced. Americo has the UIII which is true GI, but 3 times the cost of MoO.

Writing GI plans is also like donated work. I give them the number to MoO.

What about it is not true GI?

Is it because you can't write someone who is a patient or resident in any form of health care or nursing home facility?

Other than that, there are zero health questions on the app. Actually, the able statement about the health care and NH facility is not on the app; it's in the agent guide.

In NC we have a TRUE GI product ,ZERO health questions, and for ages 0-85! Only avail. in NC though. If anyone needs a contract in NC for this product I can get you one at 80%. Call Greg 252-292-3350.

It does have a 3 yr. waiting period and kinda high priced.

(JDEASY, this is my 1st recruiting pitch for 2011 on this forum.)

It cannot be wrtten on someone in a hospital, in a nursing home or in jail. That make it not true "Guaranteed Issue".

There are no such restrictions on the MoO GI. That makes it a true GI.

How a company can call something GI and then have restrictions is only believable in the world of insurance.

This forum is the only one I bother to read. I don't look at other forums, this one already wastes too much of my time.
