Guaranteed Issue Final Expense

The Preneed funeral insurance is always an option when a family needs true GI. It's the only GI that will give them substantial coverage after 12 months (70% of face) and has an increasing face amount, paid up in 10 years and will accept ALL health conditions. The insured can be under hospice care, in prison, have AIDS, cancer and be on oxygen or any other situation you can come up with.

What kind of commission does it pay? How do you get a contract?

I'm looking for a company that will take people in a nursing home and wont ask me for my commission back if they die within the year or two.

I want a policy that if they can fog a mirror, then it will take them.

Still dont understand how companies can market a product called "guaranteed issue" when its guaranteed if some questions are answered no.. well hell, all insurance products are that way

Isn't colonial Penn kindof like that........when I used to work at Bankers Life (embarassed to admit it) they sold colonial penn and I thought it was guaranteed issue.

The only true GI whole life plans I know of are MoO and Americo's UIII. Neither ask any questions at all except for, how will you pay for this?

Everyone else asks some other questions or have conditions in the agent guide that they will not accept.

I think it's B.S. that there are things in the "agent guide" that they will not accept. Why not have that on the app and have the insureds answer that question instead of the agent guide.

So, if someone dies that was in a nursing home that you wrote with a company where it said in the agent guide that you could not write them, does the claim get paid? The applicant answered the application truthfully because there was no question about it.

With preneed the questions are only for immeadiete benefit. You can jst put an X over the questions if you don't want to use them. The policy will still be issued and they will still have 70% at the 12th month. No exceptions.

I call that true guaranteed issue.
