Can anyone refer me to a carrier that offers Guaranteed Issue Final Expense in North Carolina even if it comes with graded death benefit???

if you find a guaranteed issue with a level death benefit, let me know. I've been trying to find one for awhile you probably won't find a GI without a ROP. I assume that's what you mean by graded.
