I have a potential client with terminal cancer that wants to stack as many GI policies as he can as long as the graded/modified period is only two years. So far we have come up with the following list of available policies:

Vantis
Mutual of Omaha
Gerber
Madison National
Colonial Penn
AARP
Nationwide

Money is not an issue, he is willing to commit $1000+/month to this. Already has a $150k policy with a $500/mo premium.

What companies am I missing here that I can get contracted with and sell him? Client is located in CA but can travel to NV for signing the application(s) if necessary.

Kemper GI is approved in Nevada so you can look at that also.:skeptical:

UHL is 3 years. If money is of no consequence, one 3 year graded won't hurt.
Would not qualify for UHL unless the agent is willing to lie on the agent certification. UHL calls it a GI plan but it isn't. The agent has to certify "if the application is being submitted for the Graded Death Benefit Endowment, I hereby affirm that I was personally present with the Proposed Insured when this application was completed, and: (1) the proposed Insured is not confined to a hospital, hospice, nursing home, convalescent home, or does not require home health nursing care; (2) to my knowledge the Proposed Insured is not HIV+ or does not have AIDS or any terminal illness (any illness diagnosed that would reasonably be expected to cause death within twenty-four (24) months); and (3) I have no knowledge of intravenous drug abuse(IVDA) of the Proposed Insured"
