The highest guaranteed rate that I have been able to find on a 5 year chassis for a 68 year old is 2.75% through Athene. Does anyone go up to 3% or better on a 5 year product anymore?

Liberty Bankers Life does. But they are rated B+ I believe.

I think that they're actually B-...I've avoided them for that reason.
