Guarateed Issue Under 40

Under 40 is tough. Monumental's GDB starts at 18 and he/she would pass to knock out box in section C2.

Its a 2 year ROP in Florida so no doubt its the same way in NC. On their underwriting guidelines there is no mention of dialysis. I thought that was a bit odd.

Western and Southern has a product called Accessible Life. Its a W.L. product with no dividends....Issue ages 18-50...face amount from 5-50k. It is a 2 yr waiting period which has a ROP plus 14% interest if person passes away prior to 2yr mark. Full DB after and full accident DB from day one. They are a captive company but you can get an independent contract.....wslife.com

This GI is only in NC. In Ca. they have the Easy Issue ages 0-85 with only 2 knockout questions. Declines would be HIV/Aids, incarcerated, in hospital, nursing home, or hospice, it's a ROP with 10% interest.
If any of your declines, or any other agents' declines, have an adult family member in NC, I can do a tele-sales app with the proposed insured, no matter what state they are in I can use NC's GI zero health question app, but the proposed insured has to agree to let their NC family member be the owner of the policy for this to work.
