Guess Aetna Transferred PDP CS to Well care Already

I Never had issues with Aetna PDP Before, Today I had to call about PDP in pending stage for too long, Speaking to foreigners now, Just kept saying missing info on APP

Took an Hour for them to say missing page 7. (I sent husb wife all pages I have a copy but doesn't matter to them) Sent the page 7 again ( Never had problems with missing pages with Aetna)

But seriously they can't communicate at all, Should have been a 5-minute call to find out what they need

I truly hope there are more Drug plans 2020 that are as good on benies that are not so bad on Customer Service

Will see what's out there for 2020. Saving a few $ on PDP isn't worth the aggravation.
