Has Anyone Had Problems with Main Street Power Mail

I've mailed "mortgage protection" letters before and put a return address on the letter. Using 1st class mail I would get 10 to 15% returned as undeliverable. Just saying, that's one way to track them a little better. Now I'm using mail houses, it's worth every dime.

I don t do ncoa, but just use cass software, and from most data sources, without cass certifying it, i had 95% delivery almost always. Cass certifying it got it down significantly. Only way i know how to test delivery rates, is if u use or current resident, u will never know. If u use an ancillary endorsement, you will know exactly what gets delivered, bc you pay 45 cents for each undeliverable to be mailed back to you.
