Has Anyone Tried Getting a List of Only Trailers?

A few more lists you can buy to reach your target:

1. People who spend a lot of money on lottery tickets and/ or fireworks

2. People who have visited Graceland more than once.

3. People who have a dog but no fence. (or have dogs tied up in the yard in other words)

4. People who have cars that haven't run in years but they don't get them hauled off because "It's going to be collectible" someday.

5. Anyone that the American Pickers drive around looking for with all their money tied up in "rusty gold" out in the front yard.

Nice people? Usually.

Good money managers? Never.

This reads like a Jeff Foxworthy routine :D

If you always make it a point to spend the king's birthday at Graceland...you might be a good FE prospect.

If the delivery notices on your door are from American Pickers...you might...well you get it.

If the picture on the wall of Jesus is black and has a six-pack, you might be a final expense prospect...

If your moo-moo is see-through, you might be a final expense prospect...

If you have a velvet picture of the King as your major art piece. Whether it be Elvis, Martin Luther Jr, or Jesus (Spanish). You might be an FE prospect

And if any of those three has an original autograph...we might accept that as your 1st monthly premium too.

As crazy as it sounds, I do this every month, but not just trailer parks..... I also target low income neighborhoods, and towns. Its easy to find online which houses in an area are owned by seniors once you know where you want to work..... Then I will either mail a letter stating I will be in the area at a certain time and will be stopping by, or I take a clipboard with my list on it and just start knocking the doors. In trailer parks and low income neighborhoods, the homes are close together, so I just park and walk. It keeps me busy when I have downtime between MA appointments...
