Have You Been Paid for ALL the PDP You Sold?

I wanted to know of all the PDP's that you guys have sold and that renewed this past AEP have you been paid for all of them by all the companies that you certified for? I believe the only company that we have been actually paid for on the actual sales is Aetna. With that said I do not know if that in fact includes renewals. Just curious because I have not seen ANY monies from the other companies as of yet.

Didn't do any stand alone's with Aetna, but allegedly the renewals won't hit until April. Called their broker line last week and they said they were closed for training. I'm hoping to get paid on it by spring for a new motorcycle, I'm thinking HD V-ROD?

I write PDP's for Coventry and AARP. I'm owed money on true-ups and renewals from both companies. I know I'll get them with AARP, but Coventry is a joke on paying commissions.

Buy used. The market is flooded with used Harleys. Buy a BMW. We sold both of ours (motogigi is my wife) last fall. I bought mine, rode it 18k miles in a year, and sold it for $300 more than I bought it for. Of course I bought it second hand.

What does this have to do with this thread? I must be missing something?

You're missing my looking forward to a new bike this spring. I sold my Magna 700 and have been leaning towards harley's, but I do have a hang up on that. I'm a fan of waving but usually harley riders are a little pretentious and snobby, but the bike's do seem pretty sweet. Someone in my are was selling a 100th anniversary gold key v-rod for a little more than $10k and I have to admit, I was quite impressed with they way it looked and I'm sure it handles smooth.

With around 300 pdp plans laying around out there theoretically I should be getting a cool $500-600 bucks a month just in renewals on those drug plans. Aint happening. Aint never going to happen! Never ever ever........ We been had Dad! Didnt get nothing in January from Humana and Coventry coughed up a commission check the last week of january that was way short as is their tradition. I aint going to fight it out with those dogs.......what ever they give me they give me. Sure glad I quit selling those drug plans this year did I say that yet. I aint missing none of it.:1mad:

I agree to get a USED V-Rod. Especially during the winter. You can practically steal them right now.
The V-Rod isn't much like a traditional Harley though. It's more like your Magna.
Of you want the true HD experience I would get a Softail or a Dyna.
The time to act is NOW! Once spring hits you will pay much higher prices.

Okay...I see now....in your first post in this thread. I read it, but didn't pay any attention to the part about a motorcycle.

So far, I've had Coventry charge me back the full 2009 commission on 2 PDP plans that the insureds kept the entire year....because they switched to another company effective January 1st, 2010. I want my earned commission back.

They also charged me back the full commission on a PDP that a lady had from July 1st, 2009 to January 1st, 2010.

They also never paid me on some of the true-ups they owed me on from plans that were written the end of 2008! Their commission paying is pathetic.
