Have You Been Paid for ALL the PDP You Sold?

How about MAPD plans that you wrote for 2010 and only have been paid half on. Anyone got the other half yet?

I've got a husband and wife that I wrote MAPD's on with Secure Horizons effective January 1st that I still haven't gotten the true-up commission on.

I agree to get a USED V-Rod. Especially during the winter. You can practically steal them right now.
The V-Rod isn't much like a traditional Harley though. It's more like your Magna.
Of you want the true HD experience I would get a Softail or a Dyna.
The time to act is NOW! Once spring hits you will pay much higher prices.

What's the "true HD experience" vs the Magna or V-Rod?

You get to drive your car while your bike is in the shop, you not only get a bike but you will also need a trailer, you would look much better sitting in the break-down lane, you can pull up to a stoplight and rev your engine so people will look at you. You can also go broke buying chrome, t-shirts, leatherwear, and you get to wear cool looking biker stuff.

I had a 99 HD Night Train and I will never own another Harley. My Suzuki Intruder 1500 was twice the bike.

If I get a Harley I will flat out refuse to get any HD kitsch. No shirts, jackets, or HD logos anywhere but on the bike, just not that type of rider. That being said, they do have some bikes that look awesome. The only problem with picking one up now (aside from my Aetna money being for it) is that I wouldn't be able to take it for a ride and see how it feels.

I look like a power ranger when I ride. Riding pants with pads, riding jacket with pads, and full face helmet. I'm the polar opposite of a "Harley Pirate" type rider.

If it's less than 10 miles away... feck it... let's take the truck. I'm not much for the scoot around town riding.

I rode to lunch one day from my house south of KC. You know you can get a darn good catfish sammich on the banks of he Mississippi River in Quincy, IL.? There and back.

This thread is supposed to be about my question on the PDP commissions not motorcycles. Go to Adventure Rider if you want to talk shop on motorcycles.

From the responses that I have seen thus far, it does not look good on being paid what you are owed on selling PDP's anytime soon or in some cases at all.

Next PDP season some definite changes will be made in this office for sure.:1err:

I didn't get the true-ups from the 2008 AEP until Oct. 2009.

This so reminds me of last year. Agents fulfilling there obligations and CMS and the plans being slow on paying commissions.
