Hazards Questions

I'm having problems reconciling the use of the word "Hazards" across different lines of insurance.

I know that in personal lines, a hazard is an event that could give rise to physical or liability damage. For example, a roof piled high with 5 ft of wet snow is a collapse hazard (at least based on my understanding).

Then, in the commercial size, there are "Hazards" that to me seem unrelated. For example, on the ACORD 126 and Commercial General Liabilities, there are Hazards such as "Bakeries" or "Blacksmithing", or "Blasting Operations". Are these a hazard the same as 5ft of wet snow is a hazard?
