So, did changing your password do the trick?

The only time I have to use my pw and user id is going through direct enrollment with the carrier, and direct enrollment was turned off at 3AM Feb 16th, otherwise if I go to healthcare.gov to sign someone up they have to create an account.
If you are trying to use the Sherpa blue button as back door, be sure to update your Settings on Sherpa to show your new password. If you use a password manager (like LastPass), be sure to update it with your new password too. If that doesn't work, try clearing passwords from your browser data.

Oh...hahahaha.....I didn't even think to break it down that far....Ann you should be a Kindergarten or 1st grade Teacher (like my Mom 40 yrs).
At times, I get so tired, and my brain gets so fried, that I think I need to take Kindergarten lessons!
