If you use Quotit on the frontend of a website, you may want to test your system. I decided to test it since I have not received any leads today.
Not sure where the leads are going but they do not appear in my backoffice admin nor am I getting the leads emailed.
Update: Called into Customer service to report the issue. After a while on hold I was told that their system is down and it is a known issue. I asked why Quotit would not send out a notice to its clients letting them know there was an issue as many of us spend $$$ on adverting that could be paused until the issue is resolved.
No response was offered. I then asked if the rep I was speaking to would let me know when the issue is resolved. The response was that it will be fixed today.
About five minutes after the call I received about 10 leads in my email from this morning all at once.
