It turns out that the clock maker didn't know what he was doing, and he made over $250,000 last year. We will extend the game by another 15 seconds.

An incomplete pass should not count as a complete down. Therefore we will change the rules so that it takes 2 incomplete passes to complete a full down. This will be done for fairness.

Now, go win, but remember, if there are bonuses involved, the tax rate will be changed so you'll pay 142% of your winnings. This is good, because there are children in youth leagues throughout the country that could do your job.
