Is anyone else having issues with any carriers not receiving Health Sherpa applications coded with your NPN/Agent information? That is what my BX plan is stating. I sent the carrier my .xls spreadsheet but they would not accept that. They now want me to contact each and every enrollment and have them sign a document stating that I helped them in order to get paid.

Ning, I know you must be swamped but if you read this, can you please re: to my email?

While delayed a week sometimes, mine are showing up.
UHC seems to be the slowest.
You may have the wrong NPN number on Sherpa.
Or, your carrier is not matching up correctly.
Same file feed from the gov't, so follow the cheese.

I definitely do not have the wrong NPN and my FFM username and password were verified.

I have 1 app showing, which was done on 12/1. I began doing apps on 11/17.

Hmmm....I wonder if someone at health care dot gov will have any idea.

My $ is on no being the answer to that.

I'm almost 100% sure this is the carriers fault but they refused to reach out to Health Sherpa. I told them that I would try to get Ning or Rachel to call them.

I don't think it is a carrier problem. :twitchy:

HealthMan1, you need to offer your services to HealthSherpa and ACAExpress as a volunteer advisor consultant. You've found an MAGI problem with ACAExpress's calculations, but did you tell them about it? Also, you're indicating in this thread that you understand where the Carrier Feed issue originates.

You obviously care a lot about these Web Brokers and want them to be a success. I hope you're reaching out to them directly with constructive feedback.

HealthSherpa apps show up on UHC e-store in about 10 days.
UHC is a total disaster.
No dependents show up at all (sometimes).
Sometimes they clone the dependents (enter them twice).

Aetna - Takes 10 business days to show up (if then)
Scott & White - Still not showing up after 3 weeks

The other carriers (in Texas) are picking up HealthSherpa apps within 24 hours. Some of them pick it up within a few hours.
Assurant
BCBS-Tx ....ultra FAST
Cigna
Humana

It's a carrier problem if your HealthSherpa apps are not showing up at the carrier site.

As I stated in another thread, healthman1 works for ACAexpress.
He needs to get lost & quit badmouthing the easiest, FASTEST tool we've ever had the opportunity to enjoy in this backwards industry.

I have an issue with some UHC apps (Sherpa and direct to hc.gov)and the response I got back from my rep was "we are having issues with the feed from hc.gov and asking for patience"

Not sure what state you are in, but I'm pretty sure its on the carrier side. And its BCBS...what do you expect? They don't want to pay you and make you jump through hoops to get your money. Nothing new there.
