It means she left and/or had her account deleted. My guess (totally a WAG), is that she was told her plans to leave her call center based on her understanding of the Humana plans and wanted to sign up for a company that provided good leads was probably a bad plan because most of being an insurance agent is finding prospects, she decided this wasn't for her. I could be totally wrong, but that's my guess.
