Hello everyone!

I have been lurking for some time now. I don't know why I have not joined until just now. I am really excited to get to know you all.

I am an advocate to seniors all across the united states. Before this, I was a certified medical coder for many many years working for some of the most top-notch doctors (general practice/ internal medicine) here in the dallas/ft worth area.

Like I said, I can't wait to personally get to know you all.

Hi Samantha,

Welcome to the wonderful world of insurance. You gave up an extremely important position to move into insurance, I'm sure you are going to be greatly missed by the doctors you were working with. I've been told that doctors who don't have a really good coder are losing thousands of dollars every year.

I've been selling Med Supps for a while and am the resident "expert" on goats probably because I am the only one here who raises them and no, I don't have any "goat porn".

If you would like to talk about goats or even Med Supps give me a call.

I'd wish you luck in your new career but we all know it isn't about "luck", it's about perseverance. I'm sure you will do extremely well.

Thank you everyone! And thanks Frank, Yes I was working for 10 internal medicine doctors and the begged me to stay when I left, but I love helping seniors. I have had to deal with alot of seniors getting taken advantage of, so I thought why not. I could be a light in a "world of darkness" lol. It is kinda hard for me cause I am pretty new at doing this, and I have always been the best at everything I've done career wise, so I am real anxious to see how this turns out.
