Here's your problem. You don't read the questions word for word slowly. In many instances one question later may give you the answer to a prior question..

Try to find a hard copy study manual and give it a good read.. Now when you go test again make sure you read the questions word for word slowly..You'll be ok.. I have heard of people who have taken a test many times and have become successful in the industry..

Not from her. Although, I did get an email from Senior Advisor Indiana with a picture of him shirtless asking me if I though he looked like a bear. That was kinda weird...
