Help Me Find a Hospital Indemnity Plan!

I need to find one with a short waiting period for pre existing conditions, and also one that won't decline if somebody has been advised to have surgery (Aflac declines for this).

Also, I need to find one that offers a lump sum benefit for outpatient surgery....

Any suggestions?

I already had surgery last weekend. Can I buy a hospital indemnity policy on a GI basid and have it dated back for about a week?

My OOP is $5K for the year so I only need the policy to pay that amount.
