Help!!! Texas P & C Application, Dui Conviction

I'm afraid to send in my application, because it might be denied. Unfortunetly when I was younger I had a drinking issue. I got one misdemeanor charge dui in the state of texas and 2 deferred charges in oklahoma. they are wanting me to do an L1 background check. I passed my licensing exam, but I cant find any information about what will get your applicaiton denied. Please help
