I have a 59 year male with COPD on Oxygen, on cigarettes, uses wheelchair on occasion, has a history of congestive heart failure, has seizures on meds for seizures. Do you know of a first day coverage?

RNA has issue with Congestive Heart Failure. Transamerica okay with CHF but not with wheelchair.

Wife is a 49 year female with tobacco, had cancer in August of 2016, Cancer is in remission; do you all know any first day carriers?

Okay cool that is a plus for the wife. She will only to have to wait 2 months longer for her. Thank you for the information.

The only carrier I'm aware of that will issue a policy that offers any protection during the first two years to someone on oxygen is Sentinel Security Life.

However, this client has so many other insanely serious health issues, GI is his only option.

Quite frankly, this guy probably won't live another year let alone 2.

bust your butt and find somebody who will approve it level. just don't spend the commission because its probably a chargeback waiting to happen.

The best case scenario is you write him level, he pays for a year and some young, new, hard charging, Bankers Life or AARP agent comes along and replaces you; which takes you off the hook. He then dies 3 months later, his claim is denied, BL agent gets hit with a huge chargebck and all is right in hooterville.
