Case #2 to the best of my knowledge there are 3 companies that offer non smoker rates for this guy...
Pru, Lincoln and Hancock. None of these 3 offer coverage under 100k. This guy is probably table 4 at best with ht/wt and circulatory issues.
Lincoln 100k is about 2,800 at table 4 ns
West Coast 50k is about 3,200 table 4 std tobacco.
He would probably be best served with 100k non smoker... or wait out 6 months and hope there is no more tobacco use.
