how many diabetic amputees do you write? I can't remember writing any.

commission levels now start at 135... go up to 160... anything less than a 150 and you're getting screwed..

Lots of elderly that have lost a toe to diabetes- seems pretty common here in Florida for whatever reason

I'm not talking an entire leg or arm etc.. but do run into a few that have had a toe or part of a toe removed because of diabetes
 
sorry guys I was joking when I posted that about the commission level started at 135. The renewals are also increasing not decreasing which is interesting. I will PM most of you with the new comp.

They gashed yr 2 renewals. but 3-10 looks great. I heard and it does appear the overall contract is a few points higher.

Years 2-5 are lower. but yrs 6-10 are much higher. I have heard through the chains of command that Foresters has had lower retention on their premium then they would prefer, so it looks like this is a possible step in trying to reward agents in keeping business on the books long term.
