Glad to see that you took the time to explain things to him. Was his wife their with the two of you because it sounds like it was only the two of you.

The wife wasn't there, unfortunately, it would have been a sale on the spot if she was-the husband said she trusts him to do the right thing but he said that it was time to get her involved. If they really sit down and discuss this there is no way they will take the limited benefit plan and risk having one of their kids denied treatment down the line (the kids are 2 and 4).

I am sure that would be the case if they talk about it. One leg appts. are always a difficult proposition.
