OK guys, did not know really where to post this. Any help is appreciated. This will be a liability, wc and bond policy. It is a referral to me from the President of an industry association I was previously in. This is one of his clients so play nice 
. Multiple locations. Not sure on total payroll for the wc and bonding, may only need fidelity bond for all locations which is usually not based on annual payroll. I do know the wc will be based on ap. As I get more info I will post such as annual payroll and number of employees. Here is the info so far, so I am needing several agents in different areas or one really good agent that is licensed in all these states (if a state is listed more than once, it indicates multiple locations):
