I don't have any ability to "silence" anyone. I do think, as other have done with me, that when they think I've gone a little overboard OR I'm kicking a dead horse, there's a gentle knock it off.

I'm old enough to remember when this was the insurance forum. And we are all old enough to know better. Let's stop acting like any of these pols actually care about us enough to keep taking sides. They do not. This here forum can be a real benefit to us all in a way no political party or politician can ever be.

You must be older than I because I never remember that day. However, the forum did have a non insurance forum and a fight club where the political subjects were moved to keep them out of the insurance topic forums. I think it was a mistake to shut those forums down.

I am not saying that it is not a great place to talk shop. I am saying I don't ever remember a day when it wasn't political and fights didn't break out. In fact, it seems to be less contentious now than it was years ago in soem ways if you stay out of the 1000 post club.. I love the way you keep attributing to me attitudes that I don't have. In fact, I am very happy and relaxed this evening. Not cranky or grumpy at all. And, I can't help it if you are older than I or perhaps you just have a better memory.
