Lolz, what a dumbass.

I remember I used to hang out and smoke cigars with a friend of mine that was a detective for the sheriffs department. Boy that guy had some crazy stories. I remember one time after telling me a story of some goofball he caught I exclaimed at the stupidity of the perpetrator. He leaned over and looked at me and said "we're not catching the smart ones".
