I thought it was funny that the first 2 responses to a thread about Crazy Monkey leads were by a couple of guys with monkeys for avatars.
Man. After seeing the name Crazy Monkey and then looking at that website, I can't say I am surprised. If it's through Paypal you should absolutely be able to get your money back. I am sorry to hear this happened to you and best of luck reclaiming your money. Between PP & your credit card company, I think you'll get it back!
