Now, this is absolutely hilarious. So, tell us Mr. TaterPeeler, is your 2014 MAGI Income low enough for the CSR as well as APTC? Will you write enough insurance to get your income above 250% of FPL, much less ever reaching the pinnacle of 400% of FPL?

IMO, ObamaCare will not "Crash", as you put it. The ACA will be severely overhauled by limiting the scope of who will be served, but Government entitlement programs don't crash and burn. Congress never allows them to, because they want to be re-elected.

I've had several clients say they would accept an ACA plan so long as it wasn't Obamacare. Somehow they think Obamacare is the website, but the ACA is something different altogether.
